About Me

Behind Libra Life Coach is a woman who truly understands what it means to carry a lot.

With over 20 years of experience in social work, she has supported individuals through trauma, crisis, and life’s most complex challenges — known for her calm presence and ability to hold space when things feel overwhelming.

But she’s not only a professional.

She is a wife, a mother of two, and someone who understands the invisible load many women carry every day — the responsibilities, the mental lists, and the quiet exhaustion.

Living with a chronic pain condition herself, she deeply understands the emotional and physical challenges women face. Her journey led her to holistic practices including aromatherapy, mindfulness, massage, and reflexology — helping her restore balance and wellbeing.

Libra Life Coach was created from this powerful blend of professional knowledge and lived experience.
