Behind Libra Life Coach is a woman who truly understands what it means to carry a lot.

For over 20 years, she worked in social work, supporting others through crisis, trauma, and life’s most complex challenges. She became known for her calm presence, steady guidance, and her ability to hold space when things felt overwhelming. She is trained in trauma awareness, mental health, menopause support, and is a certified Health & Wellbeing Coach.

But she isn’t only a professional.

She is a wife, a mother of two, and someone who has balanced a demanding career while caring for her family and relatives. She understands the invisible load many women carry — the responsibility, the constant mental lists, and the quiet exhaustion that so often goes unseen.

She also lives with a chronic pain condition. This gives her a deeply personal understanding of what it means to navigate life as a woman while managing ongoing physical challenges — whether that’s holding responsibilities together, showing up for others, or simply getting through the day. She knows how heavy it can feel and how isolating it can be when you’re expected to keep going regardless.

Along the way, she deepened her understanding of health and wellbeing. She worked within a leading UK spa environment and trained in holistic services such as aromatherapy, mindfulness, massage, and reflexology. This enabled her to manage her condition and find balance in life.

Libra Life Coach was born from this blend of professional depth and lived experience.

It is built on a clear belief: women deserve structured, ethical, trauma-aware support that protects their wellbeing while they navigate change — not just to survive, but to gently and sustainably begin to thrive.

I am a certified Health & Wellbeing Coach having completed the Raw Horizons Personalised Care Institute and Association for Coaching, accredited training programme.

I bring over 20 years of experience of working in social work, supporting individuals and families navigating trauma, crisis, identity shifts and mental health challenges.

Alongside my social work background, I have worked within a leading UK spa environment, deepening my understanding of the connection between emotional wellbeing, stress, lifestyle, and physical health.

This experience shaped my belief that transformation is not only psychological it is holistic.
