Coaching Terms & Conditions
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Coaching sessions are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as described in the main text.
Payment Terms: Fees are payable in advance using Stripe or PayPal via Acuity Scheduling. Alternative payment arrangements can be made via email.
Confidentiality: All client information is confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
